As an experienced RPEQ Senior Civil Engineer, Scott possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of pavement design, road design, infrastructure upgrade, and asset management. His passion for sustainability, inclusion, innovation, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness drives him to provide solutions that offer exceptional value. Throughout his career, Scott has demonstrated a successful track record in delivering programs and projects in a collaborative manner to clients in diverse geographic locations, transportation modes, and project phases.

Scott is highly proficient in utilizing tools such as AutoCAD, CIRCLY7.0, and Rubicon Back Analysis Software. Additionally, he has a deep understanding of the standards and practices set by TMR and BCC, including TMR's Pavement Design Supplement and BCC's Pavement Design Strategies, as well as rehabilitation strategies. He also possesses strong proficiency in utilizing Excel spreadsheets and data manipulation techniques for Pavement Management systems.

Scott obtained his Associate Degree in Civil Engineering from Southbank TAFE. After graduation, he gained hands-on experience working with the design team of a local consultant and pursuing his Bachelor's Degree part-time. Upon graduation with Honors, Scott has accumulated valuable experience across all aspects of civil engineering design and documentation, including concept design, preliminary design, and detailed design. His technical proficiency in pavement design for new works and rehabilitation studies is a testament to his expertise in this field.
