Mark Dykman is the Managing Director of Dykman Consulting, a highly experienced chartered professional engineer with over 30 years of industry-leading design experience for both government and large contracting organizations on some of Australia's major infrastructure and transport upgrade solutions. With a proven affinity to work collaboratively with all parties, Mark drives performance from all members of the Dykman Consulting team to ensure value and innovation are delivered at every project.

Mark has extensive experience in all facets of road infrastructure delivery, comprising the management and design of road geometry, earthworks, stormwater drainage, utility services coordination, road pavement, signs and line marking, cost estimating, and contract documentation. He is an expert pavement designer with practical experience gained through spending time on construction sites and has a practical approach in his philosophies, which leads to cost-effective solutions being delivered.

Mark is a good communicator with skills in that area and works with his teams and clients in a proactive manner. He adopts a relationship approach in achieving value for money and works with the construction team to achieve practical solutions. He also actively participates in risk management on all projects, ensuring that risks are identified, managed, and mitigated effectively.
