DYKMAN Consulting’s Land Development Team has extensive experience in all stages of land development from initial project feasibility through to design and construction. Our experienced professional civil engineers and designers assist land developers to achieve their project goals throughout every stage.

We support our clients through the project feasibility stage providing advise regarding opinions of cost for the development. We work closely with Council and consulting Town Planners during the planning application stage of land development, our engineers have a comprehensive understanding of Queensland’s planning legislation and Local Government planning schemes.

Additionally our engineers have a very good understanding of Council planning scheme policies, Department of Main Roads specifications, utility provider specifications, relevant Australian Standards, and best practice industry standards and guidelines. Our clients are assured that our design will meet all relevant regulatory requirements on every project.

Our project managers and engineers have comprehensive experience with contract administration in accordance with the requirements and recommendations of AS 4000 General Conditions of Contract. Our project engineers are involved with projects through the planning, design and approval stages. Therefore, once the project reaches construction our engineers will already have an intimate understanding of the project requirements.
